Foison Resources (SL) Limited is a privately owned company, duly registered and incorporated in Freetown on the 22nd of December 2021 under the Companies Act No. 5 of 2009. Our head office is located at 9 Sierratel Drive, off Hill Station, Freetown, Sierra Leone.

We are a licensed mining company holding both small-scale and large-scale mining licenses, with active operations in Sogbini and Jong Chiefdoms in Bonthe District, and Kongbora Chiefdom in Moyamba District, Southern Province. Since obtaining our first mining license on the 13th of September 2022, covering an area of approximately 96.45 hectares, we have consistently upheld responsible and sustainable mining practices for over two years.
