Foison Resources (SL) Ltd is a relatively new Company which started as a small scale and has made a name for its self for implementing environmental, Social and Governance Practices. The company have provided guiding principles to ensure that high standards are achieved, while offering a means of promoting a continuous improvement in safety health and environmental matters. It is therefore essential that Foison management continues to evolve in line with changing national and local priorities and best practice requirement in implementing a health, safety and environmental plan with the aim of;

1. Ensuring that employees, visitors, contractors are kept safe whiles at FRL

2. To safe guide the environment and community from the effect of the mining activities, by achieving that we've installed signs at our mine site and communities

3. To ensure that the company complies with legislative requirement and best practice

4. To also ensure that safety, health and environment is everyone’s responsibility and everyone understands their responsibilities.

This system will drive continuous improvement through planning, risk assessment and monitoring corrective action and management reviewing. Our team have put in good amount of work to accomplish our environmental health and safety for all staffs and the community in a short period of time. The staff and senior management realize the importance of environmental health and safety issues that affect mining companies and are trying to accomplish compliance within these areas.
