The Environmental Management System (EMS) of FRL is a set of processes and practices that enable us as a small-scale mining to reduce our environmental impacts and increase our operational efficiency. The EMS helps FRL achieve its environmental goals through consistent review, evaluation and improvement of its environmental performance.
FRL assumes that consistent review and evaluation will identify opportunities for improving and implementing the environmental performance of the company.

FRL does not consider EM as only complying with legal obligations, we considerate it as a culture that is beneficial to our company. Hence, FRL as a company has tailored our own individual objectives and targets.
